"I am very pleased to be opening an office in this part of the state, especially at a time when this area is dealing with a recovering economy and recent manufacturing job losses," said Dole. "This office will be my 'eyes and ears' in this part of the state, helping me to better serve the people of Western North Carolina and stay out in front of the issues important to them." Graham Fields, who has been serving as the Western North Carolina representative for Senator Dole, heads the office.
